The long-distance RUNNER
In the long run, the Runner takes a lot of beating. Conceived especially for long-distance running, this shoe is reinforced with rubber and velour in those areas most vulnerable to wear through greater mileage. And because cushioning is also particularly important in the long run, the Runner has an extra thick wedge to absorb impact as well as side pressures. A built-in fulcrum at the ball of the foot also ensures a natural and therefore tireless roll action of the foot. Nylon mesh uppers for good air circulation and a special “star” traction profile are further features that make Runner the ideal shoe for the long distance runner.
